Each Brand represents a customer-facing marketing identity. All wireless services, subscriber provisioning, billing systems, network access, and regulatory compliance are provided and administered by MVN-X, LLC.

By activating or using services offered under any MVN-X-powered Brand, you consent to the practices described in this Notice.

Customers who activate or use services offered under any MVN-X-powered Brand
Users of Brand websites, mobile applications, and customer tools
Communication services provided through the MVN-X platform

The applicable Brand, in its customer-facing capacity
MVN-X, LLC, as the underlying service provider operating provisioning, SIM/eSIM activation, billing infrastructure, and network access

When this Notice references “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to MVN-X, LLC and the applicable Brand, collectively.

Billing information (tokenized — no full card numbers stored)

3.3 Usage & Performance Information

Call detail records (CDRs)
Text message metadata (not message content)

Hotspot/tethering usage
Feature usage (Wi‑Fi calling, VoLTE, roaming, etc.)

3.4 Location Information

Collected when your device interacts with cell towers, Wi‑Fi networks, Bluetooth beacons, or GPS signals, which may include approximate or precise location depending on device settings.

3.5 Website & App Information

Browsing activity on Brand or MVN-X websites
Cookies, analytics tools, and device identifiers
Contact form submissions and logged-in interactions

4.2 Automatically Through the Network

MVN-X and its carrier partners automatically collect service and usage data whenever your device uses the network.
