These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) describe the rights and obligations associated with wireless services marketed under one or more consumer-facing brands (each, a “Brand”) powered by MVN-X, LLC (“MVN-X,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company and mobile virtual network operator (“MVNO”).

 

MVN-X provides wireless services to customers through the following Brands:

  • Speak Easy Mobile 

  • Call Me Mobile 

  • Fly By Mobile 

  • Premio Mobile 

 

Each Brand represents a customer-facing marketing identity. All wireless services, network access, subscriber provisioning, billing infrastructure, and regulatory compliance are provided and administered by MVN-X, LLC.

By activating or using services offered under any MVN-X-powered Brand, you agree to these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Notice and Network Management Policy.

1. Service Relationship Overview

Each Brand manages the customer-facing experience, including sales, marketing, activation support, and rate plan presentation. All subscriber provisioning, SIM/eSIM activation, network access, billing infrastructure, and core operational systems are provided and controlled by MVN-X, LLC, the underlying service provider.

When these Terms reference “we,” “us,” or “our,” they refer to MVN-X, LLC, in its capacity as the wireless service provider, and the applicable Brand in its customer-facing capacity, collectively.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, activating, or using services branded under any MVN-X-powered Brand, you acknowledge that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have valid legal authority to enter this agreement. 

  • You agree to comply with these Terms and any additional documents incorporated by reference, including: 

    •  MVN-X Privacy Notice 

    •  MVN-X Network Management Policy 

    •  FAQs, service descriptions, and other posted policies   

If you do not accept these Terms, do not activate or use the service.

3. Use of Service

You may use the service for:

  • Personal voice, text, and data communications 

  • Web browsing, messaging, email, and typical mobile app use 

  • Hotspot/tethering consistent with your plan’s limitations 

You may NOT use the service for:

  • Illegal or abusive activity 

  • Threats, harassment, fraud, or deceptive practices 

  • Spamming, automated dialing, or mass messaging 

  • Hosting servers or unattended continuous connections 

  • Excessive tethering or uses designed to circumvent network policies 

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the service as a commercial offering 

  • Using unauthorized devices or signal boosters 

 

The applicable Brand and MVN-X may immediately limit, suspend, or terminate service for violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Devices, SIMs & Activation

To use service under any Brand, you must have:

  • A compatible device 

  • A valid SIM or eSIM provisioned through MVN-X 

If you replace a SIM or eSIM, only the newly activated SIM/eSIM remains active. SIMs or eSIM activation profiles may expire if not activated within the required timeframe.

5. Rate Plans, Billing & Payments

5.1 General Billing 

Rate plans operate on 30-day cycles. Charges may include plan fees, add-ons, taxes, regulatory fees, surcharges, and MVN-X cost recovery fees.

5.2 Auto-Renew 

Auto-Renew may be enabled using the payment method on file. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours prior to renewal.

5.3 Nonpayment 

Failed payments may result in suspension or termination. Phone numbers may be released if no active plan remains.

6. Refunds & Returns

Refunds may be issued only for unused plans within seven (7) days if no usage has occurred. SIM cards and shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Taxes, Fees & Surcharges

Bills may include applicable federal, state, and local taxes, regulatory fees, carrier surcharges, and MVN-X cost recovery fees.

8. Number Portability

You may port your number in or out in accordance with FCC regulations. Correct account credentials are required.

9. Network Management & Performance 

Services offered under each Brand operate on networks provided by MVN-X’s third-party carrier partners. Performance may vary due to congestion, device type, location, or prioritization policies. 

10. Emergency Services (911 / E911 / Wi-Fi Calling)

Emergency service availability depends on network conditions, device compatibility, and accurate location information. Backup emergency contact methods are recommended.

11. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials. Authentication may be required for sensitive actions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the applicable Brand nor MVN-X shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Termination

Service may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms, nonpayment, fraud, or network abuse.

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration. Jury trials and class actions are waived.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
